Custom Product Returns
At Prime Butcher Wraps, we take pride in our custom printed butcher paper products. Since each order is custom-made according to your specific requirements, our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while acknowledging the custom nature of our products.
As our products are custom-made with your approved artwork, returns are accepted only in cases where the delivered product does not match your approved specifications. Before production begins, we provide digital artwork for your approval to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (872) 279-3522
- Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the received product, and a description of the issue
- Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days
- Resolution: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product and issue a replacement or refund
Return Eligibility
Returns will be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product received does not match the digital artwork you approved
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The color(s) significantly deviate from the approved design (1 color, 2 color, CMYK, or PMS colors)
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that match your approved digital artwork
- Orders where production began after you provided approval
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
